The Pipeline Program serves K-12 through 2nd-year college students interested in exploring healthcare careers. It is designed to be offered externally, allowing schools, organizations, and health systems to run their own pipeline programs with our curriculum and resources. We especially welcome those from underrepresented backgrounds, including students in non-traditional personalized education settings like homeschool, virtual/online school, or GED pathways.
Participants receive experiential training, hands-on learning, and real-world exposure to healthcare settings. You'll be matched with a physician mentor, complete a certification-style curriculum, and receive a certificate of hours upon completion. These hours are applicable for medical school, PA school, and nursing school applications.
No. The Pipeline Program is offered at no cost to participants. We believe financial barriers should never prevent a young person from exploring a career in healthcare.
We match you with a physician mentor based on your interests, career goals, and availability. Mentors provide guidance through direct experiential mentorship, didactic sessions, and capstone/research support.

We place special emphasis on supporting female physician leaders.

Our Infertility Support & Planning Consultation is for individuals and couples navigating the emotional, medical, and logistical complexities of infertility. We especially serve female physicians who often face unique challenges with starting families later in their careers, including higher likelihood of miscarriage and navigating demanding schedules alongside fertility treatments.

No. We do not provide fertility treatments or medical procedures. We offer consultation, education, planning support, and advocacy services to complement your care from fertility specialists and reproductive endocrinologists.
Infertility Support is a specialized focus within our broader Patient Advocacy Consultations. While patient advocacy covers post-hospitalization care, post-ICU recovery, and general healthcare navigation, this service specifically addresses the unique challenges of the infertility journey.
Our consultation services operate independently of insurance. We can discuss options and help you understand any insurance-related questions as part of our planning support.
